Installation of Officers:
Saturday, June 3, 2017, 4:00 p.m. We will have a meal. This will be
semi-public, which means you are welcome to invite your family and
friends to show them a little of what the Masons are about. Let Troy
Hall (608-0623) or Bud Jamieson (247-3635) know if you and guests are
coming so there will be plenty of food. Please try to attend to
show our incoming Master (Roger Ridley, Jr.) and his officers the
support they deserve.
From the East:
It has been a great privilege to be your MASTER for the past year. It
is with great pride that I did so. We have accomplished good
things this last year helping widows / brothers / Boy Scouts and other
people that need help. Most events to help others is not posted. Our
mission is to help when we can without injury to ourselves. Remembering
with a phone call or just taking a minute to stop and say hello is
appreciated and lets the individual / family they are not forgotten.
That individual may not be able to attend now but has been in regular
attendance in the past. Masonry is not just a monthly meeting. Our
daily conduct is noticed by all as we stand as just and upright Masons.
Wednesday, June 7, 2017, 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. Help will be needed to register blood donors and help the Red Cross.
The Widows Sons will be holding LACY’S RUN on June 17th. This year’s
event will help a 4-year old that is not expected to have a ninth
birthday. BBQ will be $5.00 Eagles in Waterboro. Funds may be donated
to Troy Hall or Bud Jamieson.
Welcome New Members:
On May 3, 2017 Stephen P. Martin, Randy W. Emmons and Robert D. Leeman were raised to the
sublime degree of a Master Mason. On May 17, 2017 Brother Michael Blum,
who was raised to a Master Mason at Avalon Lodge # 657, Bellevue, PA on
Nov. 26, 1985 was accepted as a member of Fraternal Lodge.
Saturday, July 1, 2017, approximately 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., we will hold
our annual yard sale. After the stated June 21 we will start taking
deliveries for the yard sale. We need help starting at 8:00 a.m.
getting some items out of the building. Please remember, NO LARGE
APPLIANCES, most left over items go to a group in Lebanon that help
distribute them to the needy. This is a big fund raiser for the Lodge
and needs your support with sales items and physical help on July 1st.
Contact Bud Jamieson (324-3635) to support this event. We will also do
pick-up. The Eastern Star is selling food.
Waterboro Middle School:
The Waterboro Middle School is doing a play ground project and needs help. They will have a build
date (assembly of equipment) on June 3rd, also, a mulch spreading date

cannot prove you are a Mason if you wanted to visit a Lodge that does
not know you. Let’s pay up before we go dark and then start fall clean.
